about
Well after a long wait I finally have the next song in the "Mythical 6" (name still pending) done. Again I'm really please with how all of this turned out. I sadly wasn't able to use the native language of the origins of druids because Celtic/Gaelic is really hard to figure out rhyme structure. But I was able to fit in "Nadur" which is basically Celtic for "Nature".
I also want to give a huge thank you to not only JadedJynx for creating this artwork (and her permission to continue on making songs based off this series) but also for Faux Synder for lending her voice for this song and doing a fantastic job with it!
I don't know which one I'm going to be doing next but I only have 3 more to go! But again this little project is one that I'm doing alongside other original songs as well as songs for FiE. So I'm gonna be pretty busy, but I hope to get at least one more song out before I go into some serious work with FiE, so keep an eye out sometime next month for another song!
lyrics
Oh grass on the ground,
Oh breeze in the air,
Please carry my sound,
To creatures I care.
Oh carry this song
Your one melody
That song so silent yet strong
Oh please let my voice
Spread to other lands,
That all but destroyed
What you’ve made by hand.
May all that join in,
Those big and those small,
Just hear and raise up your voice,
Please hear the call
Deep in a forest call Everfree
Travelers soon hear a song,
A song that is heard within the trees,
That seems to go on all day long.
The echoing sounds of nature’s voice
Creating this one melody,
Then suddenly, a singer joins
Softly and splendidly
Hear that song, sing upon the breeze
Listen close, it brings all to ease
Oh grass on the ground,
Oh breeze in the air,
Please carry my sound,
To creatures I care.
Oh carry this song
Your one melody
That song so silent yet strong
Oh please let my voice
Spread to other lands,
That all but destroyed
What you’ve made by hand.
May all that join in,
Those big and those small,
Just hear and raise up your voice,
Please hear the call
Few have ever seen the one
That sings with a voice so pure
She harmonizes when morning comes
Yet just seems so very demure
From what they said they’ve seen a mare,
Prancing along merrily,
Giving the creatures love and care,
With a voice so heavenly
See that mare, and hear her song
(Oh Nadur I will merrily sing this song)
No mistake, It was her all along
(Everyday, will you please sing along)
Oh grass on the ground,
Oh breeze in the air,
Please carry my sound,
To creatures I care.
Oh carry this song
Your one melody
That song so silent yet strong
Oh please let my voice
Spread to other lands,
That all but destroyed
What you’ve made by hand.
May all that join in,
Those big and those small,
Just hear and raise up your voice,
Oh Nadur, those in the air and trees
Won’t you please, sing with me
Oh listen right now,
The time has come,
Please let us allow
To change this outcome
Let all us join in
Sing in harmony,
So come and answer the call
Oh grass on the ground,
Oh breeze in the air,
Please carry this sound,
To creatures I care.
Oh carry this song
Your one melody
That song so silent yet strong
Oh please let our voice
Spread to other lands,
That all but destroyed
What you’ve made by hand.
May all that join in,
From now till the end,
Please hear and raise up your voice,
Heed the Call
